A coach can support you in moving toward your goals. I specialize in the areas of healing the relationship with food and the body.
Coaching and therapy are different from each other in several ways:
1. Therapy is more focused on the past and Coaching is more focused on the future
2. Therapy is more contemplative and Coaching is more action oriented
3. Therapy is performed by a Licensed Psychotherapist and Coaching is performed by a Certified Coach.
4. Therapy is more clinical in nature and Coaching is more spiritual and personal development in nature.
I am a big believer in freedom. I offer packages at a discounted rate but don't believe in locking people into a certain number of sessions. With that said, the more "work" you do, the more transformation you will see. Coaching is not a one-time activity. The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps would be, specific to you and your goals.
